The beautiful and vibrant city of Sarasota is gearing up for the 12th Annual St. Armands Circle Craft Fair, a juried outdoor crafts show happening this weekend from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at St. Armands Circle. One hundred crafters from all over the country join Howard Alan Events and its craft division, American Craft Endeavors, to celebrate and support the local arts community with an eclectic mix of unique, handcrafted work that is truly one-of-a-kind.
There is something for everyone at the St. Armands Circle Craft Fair. Showcasing everything from blown glass to mixed media, the St. Armands Circle Craft Fair is truly a treat for the masses. This free, all-ages craft fair is a must for craft enthusiasts looking for one-of-a-kind, handmade gifts made in America, priced between $3 – $3,000. Patrons can also visit the Green Market, where they can find exotic live plants, handmade soaps, dips and sauces among other things.
Participating artists are carefully selected from hundreds of applicants based on the diverse and unique nature of their work, which includes folk art, pottery, personalized gifts, handmade clothing, basket weaving, beaded utensils, candles, cork assemblage, fabric design, fiber quilts, fused wax & glass, hair accessories, handbags & accessories, handmade cards, leather, mosaic, wood, painted wood, plaster craft, and stained glass. All artists will be on-site to sell their work and meet patrons.
