As we ready ourselves to descend upon beautiful Sullivan Street this weekend for the 18th Annual Punta Gorda Sullivan Street Craft Festival, we hope that you’ll help us spread the word! With a variety of unique, handcrafted items by talented artisans at great prices, and lots of excitement and fun at one of our favorite Florida venues, you just can’t go wrong. Plus, all of it is free and open to all ages, so you cannot lose.

For the patrons who join us at any of our American Craft Endeavors festivals, the experience of meeting local and regional crafters is a very special one; not only do they get to meet the crafter who created their favorite pieces, but they have a chance to learn more about the creative process. The experience for crafters is just as unique: they get to meet both new and repeat customers face to face while marketing their goods in a fun and relaxing environment.

Becoming an ACE participating crafter is a great way to gain exposure and develop a following while having fun. What are some of the perks of being an ACE participating crafter?

Quality venues to sell at. Our ACE family prides itself in choosing venues that will yield results for our participating crafters. Venues like Punta Gorda are beautiful, busy and always welcoming to crafters, old and new. And with such gorgeous backdrops outdoors, who wants to be inside selling?

Great chance to showcase your work. Whether you’re a new crafter or someone who’s been around the craft show circuit for some time, you’ll find that ACE shows give you a wonderful opportunity to truly showcase your work, not just at the venues, but online as well. With over 25,000 followers, our Facebook page, at facebook.com/AmericanCraftEndeavors, is a great place to meet our online community and interact with us while sharing photos and details about your business and your crafts. We also feature an Exhibitor Gallery on our website, which allows you to share details of your work and contact information where patrons can find your work online. And our Pinterest Boards are a quick but effective way to showcase your best pieces in anticipation of shows that you will be participating in.

Unique networking opportunities. Networking is everything when you’re running a small enterprise, and we are here to support you in any way we can. That is why our shows are packed with crafters from all walks of life, representing a wide array of disciplines and expertise levels. Whether you’re a novice or a master crafter, you can feel confident that you’ll make connections lasting a lifetime.
