If a relaxing and soul inspiring weekend is what you’re seeking this Valentine’s Day weekend, make a short drive from the Tampa area to Dunedin, Florida, to enjoy the 23rd Annual Downtown Dunedin Craft Festival. Crafters and artisans from all over America will be displaying their creative pieces in this quaint downtown, which was voted America’s “Most Walkable Small City” by the RunThePlanet.com survey.
While strolling the serene Dunedin downtown and listening to live music, festival goers can shop for a uniquely memorable Valentine’s Day gift from a wide array of handmade crafts including, folk art, pottery, personalized crafts, handmade clothing, handbags and accessories, handmade cards, leather, stained glass, and much more. Ranging from $3 to $3,000, the gift prices are affordable for every budget. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, February 14th and 15th and admission is free and open to the public.
While you are perusing the eclectic collection of crafts you’ll be able to chat with crafts people about how they created their art and what inspired their passion for functional art. Here are some crafters we are spotlighting for the lover’s holiday weekend:
